Any stratus and fog should burn off in the morning, otherwise mostly sunny skies with some increase in high clouds in the afternoon. Rising heigheights across New England as anomalous upper ridge builds northward along the eastern seaboard, while high pressure moves further offshore with increasing SW flow.
